**Job Description - Support BD Team**

**Minimun 5 years experience in a similar role.**

Responsabilities:

- Support the BDD during the sales process, from lead sourcing trough to negotiation and closing of opportunities.
- Flexibility to work between Madrid and Barcelona offices
- **Knowledge of the Catalonian market will be a plus**:

- Support in the offers preparation and being able to be the leader of the opportunities generated
- Develop the skills required to successfully manage own sales opportunities from sourcing to closing.
- Develop and build professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients. Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy.
- Develop and deliver exceptional sales documents and presentations, in line with Company standards.
- Raise the company profile by representing CBRE at industry events, networking events and promoting an image of professionalism at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.
- Work closely with the BDD to meet the sales targets agreed.
- Support creation/updates of marketing materials, presentations, ad hoc communications.
- Maintain databases /sales tools updated /sales documents updated
