As we embark on an exciting phase of growth, your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our HR landscape and ensuring seamless operations across borders **Role Highlights**: - Location: Home-based, fully remote role - Responsibility: Oversee and support our HR activities for global expansion - Leadership: Lead the HR unit and represent HR across the entire organization - Innovation: Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and strategies to drive compliance and organizational success - Team Management: Supervise a talented HR team to achieve exceptional results - Engagement: Foster positive employee relations and retention strategies **Key Responsibilities**: - Supervise international HR activities and act as a representative for HR company-wide - Update HR systems and SOPs for the HR unit - Manage and administer various HR programs including compensation, benefits, talent management, and more - Lead HR policy development and implementation to support compliance and strategy needs - Drive employee retention strategies and ensure effective employee relations - Manage departmental budget and oversee pay review processes - Ensure seamless onboarding and induction plans - Oversee accurate payroll processing and compliance with policies and agreements - Lead and support the broader HR team while managing consultant relationships - Develop welfare policies and update organizational structures and job descriptions - Ensure adherence to labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies **Requirements**: - Proactive and independent mindset with a "hands-on" approach - University degree in a related field - Minimum of 10 years of HR experience - Strong knowledge of administrative and labor law issues and HR best practices - Proficiency in coordinating HR activities and projects - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Competency in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent planning and organizational skills - We offer a competitive salary with other benefits/bonuses and opportunity to develop your professional career with an expanding and growing company._ 5Wy9NIzeiT
