**What you will do**

- Execute the Change Plan effectively, ensuring integration with multi-year project goals.
- Utilize established change tools and frameworks to craft and refine strategies for high-impact initiatives.
- Integrate change and project plans, addressing issues promptly to align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish a shared vision for change and prioritize critical activities.
- Develop targeted stakeholder analysis and communication strategies with technical and business experts.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to track change management progress and report on adoption rates.
- Engage actively in team meetings to share knowledge, address challenges, and stay informed on change management trends. Bring innovative ideas and approaches to the organization.

**What we look for**
- 4+ years of experience in international change management including ERP (Oracle or SAP) system transformation.
- Quick learner with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and adjust to changing priorities while supporting the overall strategy.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving business priorities in alignment with strategic goals.
- Skilled in conducting workshops and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels and business functions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for aligning cross-organizational efforts to foster a unified business perspective.
- Change Management certifications, such as APMG and Prosci.
