Posición Customer Service
- Customer Service (contacto directo con el cliente/agente)
- Instrucciones origen/oficina
- Realización del booking, teniendo en cuenta contrato a utilizar, tratando de optimizar los contratos especiales existentes junto con procurement
- Seguimiento/trazabilidad con el Back, informando al cliente/agente
- Comunicación de incidencias y resolución de las mismas
- Coordinación/comunicación estrecha con Pricing/Comercial/Procurement
- Confección de las IOP
- Detectar bajadas de volumen de cada uno de los tráficos, así como nuevas oportunidades
- Gestión de la entrega con el cliente
- Visitas conjuntas con comercial
**Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto**
- Formación en Comercio Exterior/Internacional o Gestión Transporte o Supply chain o Logística.
- Experiência mínima de 4 años en importación marítima en el sector transitario / forwarding.
- Idiomas: mínimo inglés First.
- Ofimática: nível usuario.
- Muy valorable experiência con Cargowise.
- Perfil Comercial, con orientación al cliente
