Barcelona fashion brand looking for a Customer Service Agent.

**Tasks**:

- Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor order fulfillment and shipping processes to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain detailed customer records and document all interactions.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer and advocate for their needs and interest.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g. Product, Operations, Marketing) to provide insights and feedback from customers.
- Identify and communicate common customer pain points and suggest solutions to improve the customer experience.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to customer service and experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create reports and dashboards to share key insights with stakeholders across the company.
- Develop and maintain customer personas, profiles, and segmentation to inform customer-centric strategies and initiatives..

**Must have**:

- High attention to detail and reporting.
- Native or high level of English.
- Familiar with G suite and Excel.
- Confident with complaint handling.
- Ability to work under pressure or in a fast paced environment.

**Nice to have**:

- Spanish/French/German.
- Passion for sustainability and saving our planet.
- Team player but also efficient independent/remote worker.
- Shopify.
