**The Spanish team**

**Tasks**:
Our HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of generalist HR experience in a medium-sized organisation
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and practices.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.
- Provide guidance and coaching to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Handle performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

**Nice to have**:

- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
- Experience in a technical/technology/digital agency environment.
- Familiarity with the Skills for the Information Age (SFIA) development framework.

**It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in**:

- Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
- Knowledge of TradingView

**Additional information**:
This is an Onsite role based in our Malaga office located in Centro.
