We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Lead to join our team in Malaga.

Tasks
- Manage a team of 60+ (partly in our HQ, others working remotely)
- Contribute to keep a motivated, engaged and productive workplace, where everyone works to achieve our established mission, and objectives
- Manage the company recruitment process, employee relations, employment contracting and management, trainings and salary management.
- Manage and contribute to the growth strategy
- Excel at department administration (payroll, employees documentation, evaluations, leaves, etc.)
- Implementation of company policies
- Implement and control of all HR policies and best practice aligned with the overall business needs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Work with local leaders on development and retention of key talent.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as HR Manager
- Knoweldge of Spanish HR laws and regulations
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Degree in Human Resources
- Proficiency in office-package
- Proficiency English level
- Experience in Software companies and market knowledge are a plus
