In this **Organization Effectiveness role** you will lead organizational effectiveness activities, driving simplicity, accountability and effectiveness across one of the _VOIS Service Line and Europe Centre including workforce planning, job evaluation, micro organization design, change management, measuring key OE levers like spans/layers, management ratios, etc. You will lead the delivery of operating model and organization designs across the center and the VOIS service line globally. You will also be expected to contribute/represent VOIS in any of pan Vodafone OE projects like global job architecture roll out, workforce planning platform implementation, etc.
The OE Principal analyses the organisation structure, determines changes to organisation responsibilities and staffing through organisation design models and frameworks and provide effective OE guidance and advice to help enable the organisation to deliver the corporate strategy. Typically reports to the Head of HR/COE.
**What you bring**:
- 5 years of OE experience in large complex organisations, ideally management consulting experience or in Big 4
- Impact and influence - ability to influence senior leaders workin across the organisation both VOIS group
- Coaching - ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking - credibility in expertise
- Very strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong project management skills
