Are you a customer-oriented team player with HR experience and the ability to take lead and responsibility? Do you enjoy working in projects along with co-workers and customers? If yes, maybe you are the new star in our HR consulting team As an HR Consultant you are responsible for implementing SD Worx HR modules for our customers. You are expected to guide and advise the customer through the process and make sure we deliver solutions meeting agreement, project plans and customer expectations.
**Key Tasks**:
- Application specialist in HR modules.
- Participate and lead development of HR processes.
- Hold training session for customers.
- Participate or lead error handling and change requests from existing customers and implementations.
**Who you are**:
- Background in HR with knowledge in HR processes.
- Experienced consultant
- Understanding of technical processes and information flows.
- Fluent Swedish and English; written and spoken
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and motivated with an excellent attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Out of the box thinker
