**ARAGO Consulting **is an international leader in the implementation of the digital transformation of the HR function with **innovative cloud HR solutions.**

We support our clients throughout their **HRIS project**, from the expression of needs to the implementation and post-go-live support by favoring the transfer of skills to the teams in the various countries deployed.

With a head office based in Paris, we are established in several **European countries**, but also in **South America**. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after their HRIS projects.

In a context of strong growth and evolution, we are developing our team in Spain for our office in Malaga.

We are looking for a **Support Consultant **to support our clients in their digital HR transformation and infrastructure.

**Your missions**

As a **Support Consultant**, you will:

- Promptly respond to customer requests/ questions (Hypercare and Post-go live project)
- Follow up on tickets, assignments, next steps and solution/ closure of tickets.
- Provide guidance to customer and respond to queries (Level 1 and Level 2)
- Coordinate support activities and teams to achieve solution for each ticket (Level 3)
- Organize and lead follow-up calls for Support activities with customers and our main partner (UKG)

**Your profile**
- Higher education, in Computer Science or in Human Resources, you have at least a first experience working in a HRIS environment.
- You'll be the facilitator between Partners, Support Consultants and Customers.
- You know how to organize, categorize and manage priorities.
- You have an excellent vision on how to provide support (consultant/ skills needed, type of clients, module, category).
- You're able to bring responsiveness and fluidity to the processing of requests.
- You want to accelerate your career by integrating the world of cloud and a forward-looking business. You are good communicator and motivated to join us.
- You speak English and French.
