JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purpose of role:
- having all Supplier Income agreements in the system, so they can be invoiced and collected (Supplier overrides and Marketing products),- coordinate with various stakeholders (Sourcing, Marketing, Supplier Overrides specialists) when there is a need for clarification- making sure all loaded agreements are correct in the system (To minimise invoicing issues later on)- make sure we meet the established goals agreed with commercial teams (Efficiency, accuracy and overall meeting SLA)- guiding and engaging with sourcing commercial teams for an smooth cooperation as well as coordinating any potential issue with the correct owner.- reporting on the evolution of different variables in the process- try to find possible workarounds to match commercial /financial needs whenever we have system / process gaps.
Skills/Requirements- strong ability and appetite to look into the details- high communicative capacities to align with numerous and diverse stakeholders involved. This includes written, spoken, English language (other languages being just useful), clarity and conciseness.- strong time management skills to accomplish players’ and business’ deadlines.
