We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to help scale Sortlist in the German market. This role is based in our Madrid office, offering you the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence and driving revenue growth in Germany.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to help scale Sortlist in the German market. This role is based in our Madrid office, offering you the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence and driving revenue growth in Germany.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop a portfolio of B2B clients in the German market, focusing on digital, marketing, creative, and IT service providers.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate and strong client retention.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and long-term success.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager for Germany and contribute to strategic discussions on market growth.

**Your Profile**:

- **Sales-driven mindset** with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
- **1-3 years of experience in sales or business development**, preferably in a B2B or digital environment.
- **Strong communication and negotiation skills**, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in the digital marketing, agency, or tech sectors is a plus.
- Fluent in **German and English** (a 3rd language is a plus).
- Based in Madrid and open to a hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office).
