Position Summary
Manages sales of the organization’s products or services directly to end-users in a large specified geographic area, or is responsible for a specific industry or product segment on a national or geographic basis. Incumbents at the Director and Senior Director level typically manage other sales managers. Incumbents at the Manager level may manage only individual contributor sales account managers and may carry their own sales quota. Incumbents at the Director and/or Senior Director level may develop territory plans and participate in strategic and tactical planning. The incumbent’s level may be determined by the size of the geographic area of responsibility (e.g., region vs. district vs. branch), the size or significance of the industry or product segment for which the incumbent is responsible, or other factors. May also manage incumbents matched to the Field Sales - Sales Account Management - Consulting Services, Field Sales - Sales Account Management - Product/Overlay Specialist, Field Sales - Sales Account Management - Government Sales (Federal/National), and Field Sales - Sales Account Management - Government Sales (Non-Federal/Non-National) sets of jobs. This is a management level family; individual contributors should not be matched to these roles.
Qualifications- Additional Responsibilities:
- Have strong stakeholder management with our current operators’ merchants, partners and customers ensuring high quality standard of service.
- Ensuring a strong link between our internal teams and those current merchants/partners and customers as well as new business.
- Actively engage and onboard new merchants
- Actively promote our products and services relevant to the gaming industry
- Support product in identifying functionality gaps and new product requirements for the gaming vertical
- Growing, monitoring, and updating your pipeline within the CRM system and ensuring that you are on top of your queues
- Being the liaison between internal teams and Partners/Merchants
- Participate in any projects that the Gaming team are working on that are relevant to the Sales team and overall Sales targets.
- Attend Gaming related trade shows and webinars to promote Light & Wonder
Preferred Traits, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Spanish (other regional languages considered an asset)
- Ability to demonstrate strong sales & negotiating skills alongside interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in delivery strong product presentations that have led to successful outcomes
- Proven experience of meeting sales-based quarterly and annual targets is considered a fundamental asset
- Being able to take responsibility and ownership of your role, duties with a sense of enthusiasm alongside a positive and resilient attitude
- Have a strong solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer relationship management ability to drive performance, targets and KPIs.
