Who doesn’t want to sleep in a villa in the hills of Ibiza, facing a glistering infinity pool? Exactly. The client base of this company is high end and very international. High expectations are daily business here.

**Internship;**:
During your internship you will be helping with the day to day business in this luxury environment. A professional attitude and respect for integrity are highly valued here. There are internship positions available in Reservations and Property: both of them have you taking care of the guests and making sure their stay is impeccable. You know what goes on at the island and you inform the guests about day trips and events. Organising, service and good communication are at the heart of your internship.

**Profile student;**:
You’re socially incredibly strong (people skills), love travelling and are internationally oriented. Furthermore, you’re really good at organising and planning You want your guests to have an absolutely magical stay, and handle professionally in the process. You’ll help even the most stressed out guests in a friendly and patient manner. In the case of our Property Manager position, you’ll need a driver’s license to drive across the entire island to visit the most beautiful properties.

**Daily tasks;**:
**Reservation Manager**:

- Helping high end clients with their booking and stay + keeping up to date with events on Ibiza
- Developing new networks
- Report to your manager on a weekly basis
- Check in and check out guests
- Offering a super good service and performing quality control

**Property Manager**:

- Planning weekly visits to the villas
- Filing villas and translating the texts into other languages
- Creating floor plans through software you’ll be taught
- Scouting new properties and checking whether they conform to the standards
- Check in and check out guests
