- Las solicitudes de los huéspedes se manejan de forma amable y atenta de acuerdo con los procedimientos y estándares de servicio del hotel.
- Los huéspedes consiguen cualquier producto o ir a cualquier lugar cuando lo deseen.
- Garantiza que se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.
- Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.

**What we are looking for**:
The job of** Concierge**is successfully executed when:

- Guests’ requests are handling in a friendly and caring manner and to handle message, mail and parcel addressed to our guests and staff according to the hotel procedures and standards.
- Guests are direct to any location or to any product, at any time that they want.
- Ensures that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
- Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the well-being of guests.

**Usual job responsibilities include**:answer guest questions and handle guest requests in a polite and efficient manner such as giving information, making a reservation for a tour, a restaurant or transportation, providing directions, confirming flight, etc. Keep updated of all information concerning the hotel services, local places of interest, restaurants, transportation, shopping areas and all relevant information likely to be of guests’ interest to be able to answer guest requests and questions. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of desk area and replenish counters with informative brochures, city maps for guest availability.

**Requisitos**:
La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

- Gran conocimiento de la isla de Ibiza y su lifestyle.
- Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
- Alta orientación al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
- Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
- Conocimientos y experiência en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
- Ser dinámico, innovador, pragmático.

**Requirements**:
The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities:

- Great knowledge of the island of Ibiza and its lifestyle.
- Openminded, EU Citizenship and studies suitable for the position.
- Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
- Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in 5 star/luxury hotels.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Dynamic, innovative, pragmatic.
