The energy industry is continuing to develop dynamically and innovatively, and is counting on your knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication Take charge as a Project Management Officer and become the backbone of the Project Management and Controlling Support for our Trading Information Management (TIM) team in Madrid

**What you will do**
***:

- Facilitate, align and share existing processes for new project creation, scope changes, cost updates in SAP or project closures
- Support work groups with implementation of projects and drive project fulfillment by describing results, building relationships, monitoring deadlines, facilitating decision-making, etc.
- Support TIM (Trading Information Management) colleagues in the invoicing process and cost summary elaboration and coordination with other areas such as Controlling Department
- Support TIM in the elaboration and coordination of the Monthly report to the management in Switzerland
- Organize governance forums - create, consolidate and coordinate project presentations and communication
- Lead PM initiatives to improve and reinforce the work methodology
- Collaborate and coordinate schedule / cost monitoring
- Review and facilitate coordination regarding request of services
- Contribute in building and maintaining team awareness of change considerations

**Who you are and what you bring**:

- You have a Degree in information science, finance, engineering or equivalent professional experience
- You have a few years of professional experience in supporting roles, PMO positions or similar, preferably in multinational companies
- You have experience in dealing with IT teams, and multiple stakeholders preferably in trading or banking
- You have advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
- You are a reliable team player with good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
- Knowledge about commodities and energy trading is highly valued
- Training in relevant programming languages and technologies is highly valued
- You are a Spanish native speaker and are fluent in English
