**About the role**:
At Exante, we are expanding our **Project Office Team** and are looking for a **passionate and driven Project Officer for Institutional Business **to help oversee business projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget by setting a project execution framework using a defined methodology, and satisfactorily implementing our Institutional Business Solutions.

The **Project Management Officer** will be responsible to organise and coordinate all Institutional Business projects including setting a Project Management Office, managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish a standardised project methodology and project execution framework incl. standard project documentation (project charter, specification documents etc.), processes (incl. RACI matrix) and best practices.
- Manage, plan, organise and deliver various White Label projects from project initiation through to project completion within time & budget
- Capacity & Resource Planning to ensure the Organisation has sufficient capacity to deliver upcoming projects and custom developments
- Coordinate between Sales and Delivery departments within the project management framework to ensure efficient use of the resource pool and timely information about progress
- Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritise, and develop projects.
- Analyse financial data, including project budgets, risks and resource allocation.
- Communicate and document project life cycle, including any scope changes, delays or overrun.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Communication with all the project stakeholders and executives incl. project progress report.

**Requirements**:

- Masters ’s Degree in related field (degree in a technical field such as computer science is a plus)
- Experience in project management methodologies, processes and tools; and previous experience in establishing a new Project Management Office.
- PMP or Prince2 Certification required.
- 8+ years of Project management work experience.
- Experience in Banking or IT sector preferably in a software environment or a consulting company or a system integrator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate with different departments.
- Highly organised with a strong focus on controls, process, metrics.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Self-starter who can take Project Management initiatives forward independently with limited direction in a challenging environment requiring frequent course adjustment and re-prioritization.
- Foster a “Win as a Team” culture.
- A focused, motivated and results-orientated approach.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast growing an entrepreneurial environment
