**KEY RESPONSiBILITIES**
Legal advice & preparation of legal reports related to the following areas:
- New Technologies & Digital Law
- Trust Services Providers / eIDAS
- Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
- Intellectual Property (software protection)
- Corporate compliance and Money Laundering Prevention.
In-depth analysis of the regulatory framework for trust services and similar providers in Spain, Europe, LATAM, and North America, with a focus on eIDAS compliance.
Ensure the correct legal execution of the company's strategic decisions and initiatives, particularly in the context of Data Protection and eIDAS regulations.
Collaboration and assistance to the IT area of the company in the creation and improvement of different trust services and other types of electronic solutions, with a strong emphasis on Data Protection and eIDAS compliance, to allow the development of secure digital transactions.
Negotiation and drafting of all types of contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and collaborators (current or potential). Mainly:
- Service provision contracts (SLA agreements)
- Software licensing contracts
- Software development contracts
- Distribution agreements
- Other forms of commercial collaboration, with a focus on Data Protection and eIDAS compliance.
Monitoring the company's regulatory compliance framework, with a specific focus on Data Protection and eIDAS regulations. Identify new threats, update the risk level, and adopt appropriate mitigation measures.
Assistance to the Information Security area of the company in the process of obtaining and renewing security certifications (ISO 27X, NIST...) with an emphasis on Data Protection and eIDAS requirements. If necessary, collaborate on the development of the relevant policies and procedures.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Law or similar.
- Master's Degree in New Technologies Law, Corporate Legal Consultancy, or similar.
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in the development of the functions / responsibilities mentioned above, with a strong background in Data Protection and eIDAS compliance.
- Previous experience in the development of conformity assessment processes (art. 21 eIDAS) is highly valued.
- Native proficiency in English.
- C2 proficiency in Spanish or any other European language preferred.
- Soft skills: Self-initiative, Creativity, Teamwork capacity, Commitment, Results-oriented
- Additional requirements: Knowledge and interest in the new technologies sector (AI, Facial Recognition, Self-Sovereign Identity, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency...).
