Rejoignez une start-up française spécialisée en plein essor qui facilite les démarches administratives de ses clients, en tant que **Customer Care (H/F)** pour développer le marché français depuis Barcelone.

**Vos principales responsabilités**:

- ** Traiter** les demandes et réclamations clients cross-canales sur les contrats Énergie.
- ** Fournir une assistance** et renseigner les clients par téléphone (environ 50 appels/jour).
- ** Assurer le respect des processus** et signaler les écarts.
- ** Valider et suivre les contrats** demandés par les prospects, clients et partenaires.
- ** Mettre à jour la documentation** définis en accord avec le manager.

**Cette opportunité est idéale pour vous si**:

- ** Expérience** : minimum 2 ans en service client, support technique ou administratif.
- ** Langues** : Français natif, anglais B2.
- ** Aptitudes** : excellente communication, gestion des plaintes, multitâche et priorisation.
- ** Connaissances techniques** (maîtrise des outils informatiques) et vous aimez travailler en équipe.

**Votre environnement de travail**:

- Poste disponible immédiatement **en CDI.**:

- Contrat de **39h**/semaine, 9h-18h, avec possibilité de travailler le samedi.
- ** Télétravail**partiel (2J/semaine) après la période d'intégration.
- ** Rémunération** compétitive : 19 675€/ brut **+ variable** à la performance allant jusqu'à 6 000€/brut.
