We are looking for** **Customer Representative for Swedish Market **to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00

**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As a **Customer Representative **in our team, you will:

- Provide first class customer satisfaction at all times and do whatever is necessary to support our customers
- Handle incoming customer contacts log call details onto call tracking systems and perform call follow ups according to procedures
- Ensure correct presentation of the customer’s corporate and brand images in all interactions.

- Are native or proficient in Swedish and English
