- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 18:00, early day 17h or late start 10h on Friday

**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As a **Customer Representative **in our team, you will:

- Provide first class customer satisfaction at all times and do whatever is necessary to support our customers
- Handle incoming customer contacts log call details onto call tracking systems and perform call follow ups according to procedures
- Ensure correct presentation of the customer’s corporate and brand images in all interactions.

- Are native or proficient in Norwegian and English
- Are self-motivated, a team player, an active listener, and a supportive person
