Your Strategic Impact:- Pipeline Architect: Identify and prioritize high-potential Norwegian brands, leading high-quality outreach to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand client marketing objectives and design customized advertising strategies that drive real ROI.
- Deal Closer: Own the entire sales journey from initial prospect to "Closed-Won," negotiating terms that set the foundation for long-term partnerships.
- Early Success Management: Act as the primary advisor for your clients during their first 90 days, monitoring campaign performance and providing expert optimization insights.
- Internal Collaboration: Work alongside creative and analytics teams to ensure your clients have access to best-in-class advertising solutions.
- Language: Native or near-native Norwegian (C1/C2) and professional English.
- Experience: 2+ years in a sales-driven environment (SDR, AE, or Account Management). A track record of smashing revenue targets is essential.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce, and social media ecosystems.
- The "Hunter" Mindset: Highly organized, autonomous, and capable of managing a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
