As our factory in L'Hospitalet grows, we are looking for an experienced **International Logistics Manager** to provide a range of services to our patients.

You will be the Manager of a winning team passionate about what they do. Are you ready to join?

The International Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the international logistics operations of the company. This includes managing a team of 16 professionals, coordinating with global partners, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency of the international supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategy for seamless operations.
- Coordinate with international suppliers and partners.
- Lead a high-performance team of 16 logistics professionals.
- Manage partners and optimize shipping routes.
- Ensure customs compliance and oversee documentation.
- Control international inventory and optimize warehouse processes.
- Analyze,reduce logistics costs and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Identify and mitigate risks in logistics operations.
- Develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate for a synchronized logistics network.
- Implement logistics software and explore emerging tech.
- Develop, monitor KPIs for international logistics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate for timely delivery.
- Address customer inquiries related to logistics.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance.
- Analyze data for strategic improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international logistics, with a track record of successful team management.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with logistics management software and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic international business environment.
- Fluent in English
