De la mà de Commonsense, busquem un/a Responsable de Logística que lideri el procés de transformació cap a la Logística 4.0, incorporant sistemes avançats com AutoStore, IoT industrial, traçabilitat digital i SAP S/4HANA + EWM.

Com a Responsable de Logistica, seràs la persona responsable de convertir la logística en un avantatge competitiu: eficient, digital, escalable i completament integrada amb la producció i la qualitat. Gestionaràs processos crítics dins d'un entorn industrial químic i automatitzat, i tindràs un paper clau en la transformació digital del nostre magatzem i supply chain.

La teva missió dins d'aquest equip serà:

  • Gestió logística i automatització:
  • Liderar i optimitzar el funcionament del magatzem automàtic AutoStore (layout, capacitats, estratègia de picking, manteniment avançat, millora contínua).
  • Administrar i evolucionar els processos logístics a SAP EWM: slotting, inbound/outbound, estratègies de picking/packing, RF, monitoratge de tasques i integració amb producció.
  • Assegurar l'eficiència dels fluxos de materials des de matèries primeres fins a producte acabat dins d'un entorn químic regulat.

  • Dissenyar i implementar millores per reduir lead time, errors, costos i increments de productivitat.

  • Transformació digital:

  • Impulsar projectes 4.0: IoT industrial, traçabilitat digital, automatitzacions addicionals, integració ERP/MES/WMS, dashboards de seguiment, BI...
  • Implementar estàndards de qualitat i seguretat alineats amb la indústria química.

  • Col·laborar activament amb IT i Producció en projectes cross-funcionals.

  • Lideratge i gestió d'equips:

  • Coordinar equips operatius, tècnics i d'enginyeria logística.
  • Fomentar una cultura de millora contínua (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, control visual).
  • Formar la resta de l'organització en processos digitals i eines avançades.

Què busquem?

  • Imprescindible:
  • Experiència demostrable en entorns amb magatzems automàtics AutoStore o similars.
  • Domini de SAP EWM (configuració, processos avançats, integracions).
  • Experiència en logística dins d'entorns industrial/fabricació, preferiblement químic, packaging o processos similars.
  • Background sòlid en operacions, supply chain, logística 4.0 o enginyeria industrial.
  • Mentalitat analítica, orientada a dades i a la resolució de problemes.

  • Capacitat de lideratge i gestió de projectes complexos.

  • Valorable:

  • Experiència amb sistemes MES, WMS avançats i entorns S/4HANA.
  • Coneixement en Lean Manufacturing i metodologies de millora contínua.
  • Experiència amb normatives de seguretat química i ADR.
  • Familiaritat amb IoT, sensorització, robotització i solucions d'automatització addicionals.
