Envirosuite is a growing, Australian founded, environmental intelligence company that is bringing exciting technology to the world.

Envirosuite is establishing a Global Air Quality Device Distribution Hub in San Sebastián de Los Reyes and is seeking a **Technical Logistics Manager**. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about environmental technology and making a positive impact on the world.

The Technical Logistics Manager will be responsible for the staging and configuration of environmental monitoring devices prior to shipping, as well as providing essential technical expertise, including minor equipment repair and problem-solving, to support the overall functionality and quality of our air quality devices.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical and logístical challenges and thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Here’s a snapshot of what you will be doing:

- Coordinate local and international shipments with couriers and freight forwarders.
- Ensure documentation complies with relevant government and carrier requirements.
- Ensure packaging requirements are met for international shipments.
- Staging and shipping of Kunak Air Quality Monitors
- Minor repairs and testing of Environmental monitoring equipment
- Accurate pick, pack, and dispatch sales orders.
- Coordinate incoming shipments.
- Receive and store materials.
- Manage warehouse workflow.
- Investigate all stock issues to ensure stock accuracy. Produce cycle count and stock count take report outlining variances with commentary.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- B2 English Language proficiency
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn about air quality monitoring equipment and understand its technical aspects and functionality.
- At least 2 years working experience in a warehouse with incoming and outgoing shipment processing.
- Experience working as part of international team
- ERP software experience in logistics environment (preferably with MYOB, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent Attention to details with very good numeric, oral, and written communications.
- Excellent time management - reliable and punctual. Ability to complete multiple tasks with timeframes.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision or guidance.
- Ability to manage changing conditions under time constraints.
- Working in accordance with corporate policies and processes.
- Must have EU working rights.
