**Your mission**:
**Responsibilities**:
Support for Account Management Team
- Assist the Account Management team in maintaining and strengthening relationships with key partners.
- Help prepare partner reports, including key metrics like NPS, shift fulfillment, and cancellations.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and taking notes on partner strategies and next steps.
- Support the identification of upselling or cross-selling opportunities with existing partners.
Operational Support
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Product to address partner needs efficiently.
- Help create tools, dashboards, and templates to streamline the team’s workflows.
- Monitor partner engagement and usage data, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Team Coordination and Organization
- Assist with organizing and documenting internal processes to optimize the Account Management team’s efficiency.
- Provide administrative and organizational support.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone eager to learn and gain experience in a startup environment. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are curious about working in a fast-growing company and want to develop a strong foundation in account management and operations.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interest in gaining experience in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making. Knowledge of SQL is a valuable extra.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets and Slides is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
