**Carts Guru is looking for a talented and highly motivated Intern for the Account Executive, On-Boarding and Account Manager's area to join our French team based in Barcelona**:
Carts Guru was founded in 2017 in Barcelona and is now a growing scale-up with customers in France, Spain, USA, and many other places across the world. Our talented team is international, representing more than 8 countries.

Your role as Account Management Assistant (internship) is:
**Key responsibilities**:

- General support to different Sales and Customer Care areas: On-Boarding, Account Executive and Account Manager
- Support in a daily way the customer’s cycle and get a 360 degrees vision of the client.
- Prospect mainly on the French Market by Calling, E-mailing and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator Book meetings for the Account Executives
- Analyze sales processes and performance and suggest ideas of improvement,
- Look into new optimization and recommendation for all customers.

**Qualifications**:

- French native speaker, English (professional)
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, E-commerce or any other related field.
- Possibility of internship agreement with the university of 6 months (minimum 4).
- Have strong verbal and communication skills.
- A drive to learn and improve.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a problem-solver and deal with multiples projects at a time.
- Be proactive, dynamic and attentive to details.
- Experience in roles such as Account Executive, Onboarding or Account management are highly considered.
