We are looking for an **Influencer' Marketing Manager** to join the team of a Healthy Food Company.

ROLE:
The purpose of this role is to increase brand awareness and sales growth using influencer marketing strategies. Day to day tasks will involve managing influencer relationships, seeding of content/product, organising/attending of influencer events and collaboration on campaigns. Agreed weekly KPIs will be reported on to monitor the success of ongoing influencer activity. Feedback on campaigns should be given and suggestions drawn on experience be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing influencers marketing strategies for British and Spanish markets
2. Help formulate a social media influencer strategy to increase brand awareness, social engagement, follower growth and website traffic, and boost conversion.
3. Identify, locate, and engage with key social media influencers.
4. Maintain a database of influencers.
5. Updating of gifting log and accurate record keeping of daily items sent.
6. Running of competitions in collaboration with influencers.
7. Managing the gifting delivery process to ensure accurate, timely and efficient arrival of products.

8. Accompanying influencers to events and ensuring message is pushed.
9. Establish and track KPIs and best practices for performance evaluation.
