Desde nuestra división de
**Marketing Digital & Ecommerce**, seleccionamos un/a Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager en dependencia directa del
**CMO. **Tendrás la oportunidad de pertenecer a una importante empresa del sector cosmética ubicada en Barcelona.

Serás el/la Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager cuya misión principal será encontrar influencers así como crear campañas creativas con estos.

**Funciones**:

- Desarrollar estrategias de marketing de afiliación en varios piases asegurando el crecimiento y la expansión de la red de afiliados para cumplir con los KPIs de los clientes.
- Búsqueda y activación de nuevos afiliados a escala, gestionando la negociación, el establecimiento y los detalles de la campaña, así como definir estrategias de retención para los ya existentes.
- Planificación y supervisión de todas las campañas de afiliados.
- Coordinar la parte creativa de las actividades de afiliación con los miembros del equipo interno.
- Analizar y reportar KPIs de cada campaña para optimizar el ROI
- Crear una estrategia para el departamento de marketing de influencers.
- Gestionar campañas individuales de influencers para cumplir con los KPIs.
- Servir como contacto principal con el cliente para el trabajo continuo de marketing de influencers.
- Negociar precios y costes de campañas.
- Supervisar la cobertura de los clientes y sus competidores para impulsar la estrategia de la campaña.
- Crear informes para los clientes con información clave.
- Ayudar a crear presentación de diapositivas estratégicas para lanzar nuevos negocios de marketing de influencers.
- Gestión del equipo.

**Requisitos**:

- Más de 3 años de experiência laboral en gestión de cuentas de afiliados y estrategia de marketing de influencers.
- Experiência trabajando en equipos de agencia para grandes marcas,
- Red propia de contacto potenciales de influencers así como experiência previa trabajando con influencers a nível internacional.
- Buenas habilidades de redacción, conceptualización creativa.
- Gran orientación al detalle y automotivación
- Capacidad de liderazgo
- Nível alto de inglés, C1, se realizará el proceso en inglés.
