At MiiN Cosmetics, we bring the best of Korean beauty to Europe, and we're hiring anAffiliate Marketing Specialistto grow our affiliate program across Spain, Italy, and Portugal - managing campaigns, partners, and platforms to drive results and expand our international presence. Please Note Our Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be based in Barcelona. English is required, Italian is a plus. What You'll DoAffiliate Recruitment Research and reach out to new affiliate partners, especially cashback, coupon codes, blogs, and editorial publishers. Exposure Negotiation Negotiate visibility with top affiliates to ensure MiiN is promoted to their audiences. Negotiate discounts and exclusive conditions in exchange for higher visibility. Partner Support & Engagement Maintain daily communication with affiliates and share campaigns, promotions, and assets. Ensure promotions are up to date and the correct offers are being promoted. Affiliate Platform Management Set up offers, update commissions, track campaigns, and manage voucher codes. Create and schedule newsletters, and update banners or creatives. Benchmarking & Reporting Track affiliate performance and competitor activity. Ensure visual assets meet market needs. Internal Coordination Coordinate with internal teams on landing pages, translations, and creative requests for campaigns. Minimum RequirementsWhat are we looking for? 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate departments. Proven commercial mindset, with experience in partner acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management. Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Awin, CJ, Tradetracker, etc.).
