David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Norwegian speaking Account Manager for their Benalmadena office.

Position: Account Manager

Location: Benalmadena, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate and own account plans for commercial accounts
- Responsible for achieving/managing quota based on regional guidelines
- Focuse on deals and opportunities
- Establish a professional working relationship with channel partners
- Analyze win/loss rates and propose recommendations for improvement
- Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth
- Maintain broad market and competitor solution knowledge
- Point of contact for the partner for all information regarding product, services, and promotions
- Educate and update partners on new technologies or solutions
- Establish and develop business relationships with new partners.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in Norwegian, both oral and written. Good command in English (at least B2 level)
- University or Bachelor's degree will be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience is same or similar role os mandatory
- Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment
- Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors and the channel
- Proven track record of building sales growth
- Self-motivated, professional and pro-active and strong team player
- Ability to build strategic relationships with partner's decision makers
- Ability to develop high impact account plans with partners
- Ability to motivate partner's sales force
- Solid understanding of deal management discipline
- Ability to undertake frequent business trips.
