In this unique role for the new pan-European Ecosystem you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers, as well as supporting the Onboarding Product Lead in driving product growth and success.

**Role Responsibilities**
- You are a motivated individual that will manage the customer onboarding experience from end to end, including project planning, coordination, and execution.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of onboarding materials and processes.
- You will work with the Onboarding Product Lead to develop and implement customer onboarding strategies and processes.
- You will monitor and analyze customer onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the customer experience.
- You will stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer onboarding and provide recommendations for product improvements.
- You will gather customer feedback and work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
- You will maintain a deep understanding of our digital banking products.

**Role Requirements**
- You have strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform decision-making.
- You can think creatively and solve problems in a collaborative way, and you feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Previous experience of agile working methodologies is desirable.
- A strong academic background including qualifications (or equivalence in experience) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are essential and all other language skills welcomed.
