This person must be strong in multitasking and prioritizing. An intelligent and mature person for reception and admin work.

Clinic / Academy:

- Assistant to the Instructor with patients when/if required
- Booking rooms, taking payments, and packing protocols for therapy etc

Villa:

- Maintaining smooth operation of the villa (i.e. contact with gardener, plumber, alarm company, coordinate housekeeping, kitchen stock keeping )
- Room allocation for therapist/patients - check-in/out, prepare room keys, alarm / door codes, book taxi, flights

Reception:

- Admin - office stationery, machinery
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Act as the first point of contact for patients & therapists

Other:

- Order lunch for the Doctor
- Admin support to the other Departments
- Social media interaction, follow-ups and WhatsApp support and contact to our Therapists Worldwide

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Fluent in English, some Spanish *other languages are valued
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work in an organized and independent manner and with many different types of tasks
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
