**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as a Associate Director, Asset Management & Planning will involve**:

- ** Strategic Oversight of Academic Documentation**: Lead the planning, development, and validation of documentation for all academic programs (undergraduate and postgraduate), ensuring operational excellence, alignment with institutional standards, and continuous improvement of the materials delivered to students.
- ** Cross-Functional Management and Collaborative Leadership**: Proactively coordinate with key stakeholders (academic leadership, faculty, planning teams, course coordinators, and program management) to ensure curricular coherence, pedagogical quality, and adherence to established timelines.
- ** Institutional Training Design and Delivery**: Develop and deliver training sessions for faculty and administrative staff on the use of academic tools (such as the e-syllabus), promoting best practices and enhancing the teaching experience.
- ** Intellectual Property Governance**: Establish and oversee control mechanisms to ensure compliance with copyright agreements across all academic documentation, in collaboration with legal and editorial departments.
- ** Leadership of Strategic Projects**: Drive special initiatives aligned with departmental goals, including process digitalization, academic innovation, and enhancement of the student experience.
- ** Content Acquisition Strategy**
- Develop and implement strategies for purchasing academic content (books, journals, digital resources, databases, etc.).
- Evaluate needs across departments or programs to ensure content aligns with academic goals and curriculum requirements.
- ** Vendor and Licensing Management**
- Negotiate contracts and licenses with publishers, content aggregators, and vendors.
- Maintain relationships with content providers and ensure compliance with copyright and licensing agreements.
- ** Budget Oversight**
- Manage the budget allocated for content acquisition.
- Track expenditures and make cost-effective decisions without compromising content quality.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications**:

- University Degree
- English: advanced
- 3 years’ experience in process/operations´ related positions.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short
- and long-range goals.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to manage resources effectively and establishing priorities.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Team player person
- Hands-on approach
- Microsoft Office.
