Overview:
Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE's **CFO Department** is looking for an **Associate Director, Project Management for Financial Operations - CFO & HR **to join its team

The Associate Director will be working within the Financial Operations team and will oversee the project management within the areas of CFO & HR. He/she must have experience in managing Finance & Economics projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as Associate Director, Project Management for Financial Operations - CFO & HR will involve**:

- Project management: planning, coordinating, and monitoring.
- Understanding the needs of Business areas to identify and specify solutions to support them.
- Management and follow-up with the business areas of IT projects.
- Management of providers of the systems that support the areas under his/her responsibility.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting or similar.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with ERP: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR or other financial/HR Applications is desired.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in Office Suite, Power BI.
- Fluent English & Spanish, both written and spoken.
