**Associate Director, Undergraduate Programs - Business School**

The Associate Directors are responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of the program. This comprises coordinating tasks among various team members; overseeing the implementation of guidelines and policies; monitoring logistics and operations; supporting faculty members; and overall responsibility for student services - including the direct services by the Program Management and Program Experience team and coordination with various departments to ensure a world-class experience for students in all Undergraduate Programs of IE Business School BBA, BBA-LLB, BBA-BIR, BBA-BDBA, BBA-BID, BCDM, BBSS.

The Associate Director will report to the Executive Director, will manage a team of Program Coordinators and Program Assistants, and will interact with Faculty, Students, different departments of IE and external agencies required for running the program.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your** role as a **Associate Director, Undergraduate Programs **will** **involve**:

- Identifies areas of opportunity and present recommendations with specific focus on process improvement and student satisfaction.
- Manages and executes entire projects or components of large projects aimed at improving operations/students’ satisfaction.
- Designs program mechanisms to reduce bottlenecks, improve communication and gather feedback from a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Proposes and implements metrics to manage performance.
- Develops and implements program guidelines.
- Manages the relation with key internal stakeholders.
- Standardization and best practice global sharing.
- Manages and cultivates relationships with technology partners.

**Internal Development**:

- Assist the Executive Director in the coordination and implementation of new curricular and extracurricular innovations.
- Supervise, coordinate and coach Program Assistants and Program Managers with professionalism and professional maturity.
- Take responsibility for special program projects. This may include components of the program design, communications revamp projects, etc.
- Maintain and enhance academic guides and other materials for students and faculty.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should**:

- A Master’s degree from a top-ranked university is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Bilingual, or advanced proficiency, in English and Spanish (written and oral), with substantial professional experience in both languages.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Experience in supervisory roles.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and high level of accountability.
- Proficiency in Excel
