Overview:
Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? **IE University Business School** is looking for an **Associate Director** to join its team

The International MBA (IMBA) is IE Business School´s flagship programs. We are ranked among the best MBAs in the world. It is a full-time, 11- or 15-month program, entirely taught in English. The program is geared toward professionals with at least 5 years job experience looking for an innovative, internationally acclaimed MBA. It enrolls approximately 500 students per year, in two intakes (September and January), with up to 50 different nationalities per intake.

The **Associate Directors **are key members of the program management team and report to the Executive Directo. This position will co-supervise and manage a team of one program advisor and 3 assistants.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as Associate Director IMBA will involve**:

- Responsible for the daily management of the full-time IMBA program.
- Project management and responsible for a number of projects (Labs, series of conferences, graduation, language classes ).
- Implement and maintain program best practices and policies.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with IE stakeholders (professors and other departments).

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should have**:

- Master’s degree.
- Fluency (written & oral) in English and Spanish is a must. Other languages are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of operations and/or management experience.
- Occasional international travel, e.g. on exchanges.
- Experience in global management education, or working with business schools, is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
