Responsibilities Your role as an Associate Director will involve: Employer Relations & Business Development Manage and grow a portfolio of consulting companies (MBB, Big 4, boutiques, etc.). Build strong relationships with recruiters, alumni, and key contacts in the sector. Conduct regular meetings and company visits to promote IE and understand hiring needs. Represent IE at industry events and conferences in Spain and abroad. Work closely with Marketing to promote sector-related events and activities. Coordinate employer participation in Career Forums, Consulting Thursdays, company presentations, workshops, and other events. Create and monitor
