- As a Senior Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you’ll work 100% remotely in an international, fast-growing company. Our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and analytical thinking. **As a Senior Social Media Manager**:

- Manage and optimize all aspects of social media distribution, including scheduling and publishing posts optimized for engagement and search.
- Ensure the company brand guidelines and voice are consistently implemented across all platforms, catering specifically to German-speaking audiences.
- Create high-quality, localized content in German that resonates with our target audience, including posts, videos, and stories.
- Monitor performance analytics and trends in the German-speaking market to grow engaged audiences.
- Analyze data and recommend strategies based on performance, objectives, and the unique characteristics of German social media platforms.

**As a team member**:

- Build strong internal relationships with the customer success, product, and sales teams to collaborate on promotional content and campaigns.
- Work closely with other team members to align content strategies with overall company goals.
- Act as the voice of the German-speaking audience, providing insights and feedback to the broader team.

**What will your first days be like at Metricool?**
- ** First month**:During the first few weeks, we will ensure that you understand your impact on the team and the business, learning about the team, the business, and the processes. - In-depth knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and their specific dynamics in German-speaking regions.
- Proven ability to write engaging and localized content in German.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to handle complex situations. Proactivity and self-leadership are essential.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of autonomy, capable of taking the initiative and driving projects with mínimal direction.
- High proficiency in German and English to effectively communicate with the team.
