Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madrid for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing social media strategies across platforms, optimizing content for engagement and growth, and ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing social media campaigns, developing content calendars, engaging with audiences, tracking analytics, and staying updated on the latest social media trends and tools.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage with diverse audiences effectively
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies tailored to business goals
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms for performance tracking
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Creative mindset and adaptability to changing trends and platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
