Principal Servicenow Engineer

**The Team**:
Celonis is looking for a **Principal ServiceNow Engineer** to join a newly formed team supporting our ServiceNow environment. You will be joining our Business Solutions function under our CIO, based from our lively Madrid office.

**The Role**:
The position is a new role here at Celonis and marks the advent and build of our ServiceNow platform solution, taking responsibility for the overall design and successful delivery of ServiceNow. This person will have a broad understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and be able to effectively communicate and drive technical results to the organization. The role offers the opportunity to work with plentiful greenfield space and build a world class ServiceNow capability for Celonis.

**The work you’ll do**:

- Lead the new solution design sessions and assist in ensuring the road-map is up-to-date and that work is being prioritized according to the road-map.
- Be responsible for mapping business requirements and spearheading the design, development and implementation of the ServiceNow solution
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring that solutions delivered have an excellent customer experience, are secure and scalable, comply with best practices and open standards.
- Resolves architectural uncertainties through prioritization, planning, and execution of architectural sprints and re-prioritize Technology Road-map and portfolio backlogs based on outcomes.

**The qualifications you need**:

- 5+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist.
- Proven track record in architecting and building complex ServiceNow solutions
- Experience designing and implementing automation workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer
- Demonstrate ServiceNow Depth of Knowledge across the platform including integrations with leading technologies
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Application Developer certification required
