We are looking for Senior ServiceNow Engineer, to contribute in a project with one of our global customer in wealth management. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects with talented colleagues in an international environment while developing your domain knowledge working for a top company. Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), feel free to apply if you are also open to relocation Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple instances, with emphasis on core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management) and enterprise-wide integrations. Develop and optimise custom applications, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and GlideAjax, ensuring alignment with ITIL v3/v4 best practices. Configure and enhance the ServiceNow Service Portal and customer-facing interfaces, utilising JavaScript and AngularJS to deliver intuitive user experiences. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, and Integration Hub, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange in compliance with audit and segregation-of-duties requirements. Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with proven involvement in full lifecycle implementations. Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or System Administrator. Understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and their practical application within ServiceNow. Proficient in server-side and client-side scripting: JavaScript knowledge, including Service Portal scripting with AngularJS.
