We are looking for Senior ServiceNow Engineer, to contribute in a project with one of our global customer in wealth management. We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the clients IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs. Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), feel free to apply if you are also open to relocation Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple instances, with emphasis on core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management) and enterprise-wide integrations. Develop and optimise custom applications, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and GlideAjax, ensuring alignment with ITIL v3/v4 best practices. Configure and enhance the ServiceNow Service Portal and customer-facing interfaces, utilising JavaScript and AngularJS to deliver intuitive user experiences. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, and Integration Hub, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange in compliance with audit and segregation-of-duties requirements. What do we expect from you? Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with proven involvement in full lifecycle implementations. Certification(s): Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or System Administrator Understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and their practical application within ServiceNow. Deep expertise in core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) Experience in additional modules considered advantageous, e.g. Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) Proficient in server-side and client-side scripting: o GlideAjax, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts o JavaScript knowledge, including Service Portal scripting with AngularJS What can we offer? 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurances).
