**Definition / Objective of function / Position summary (brief version)**
This versatile position covers both the development of our wholesale and digital activities throughout the Iberian territory
The main focus of the position is to actively contribute to the digital sales development of our Brands, be it through pure players or the digital sales of our click and mortar customers.
In charge of managing our Iberian agents, this position also gives the opportunity to follow the development of the WHS independent stores business (defining and leading the sales policy of the brand(s) and ensuring a strong operational presence on the field).

**Main tasks and responsibilities**
1) Develop and implement sales strategy on the defined territory according to overall Brand strategy: propose sales objectives/forecast and Go to Market to achieve them per distribution channel.
2) Digital Accounts (Pure Players and Click & Mortar):
- Manage current customers and source new ones according to the strategic sales plans.
- Build a strong relationship with customers through regular visits and meetings
- Constant monitoring, analysis, and report digital & sales KPIs
- Identify growth levers and set up actions to improve sell out
- Improve brand visibility and digital awareness
- Define the best assortment according to the company’s selective distribution strategy
3) WHS Independent stores
- Manage a small team of agents for the territory (currently 3), ensuring management goals
are aligned with the company’s goals
- Definition, implementation, and follow-up of seasonal sales campaign: sales objectives,
sales terms and support to agents.
4) Collaborate with other departments at HQ (back office and credit control, Product development,..) and locally (Marketing specialist, SPM Manager).
5) Travel to key trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences, domestically and internationally

**Characteristics of function / Skills (requirement profile)**
- Proven experience in Digital & Marketing sales management in the Iberian territory.
- University degree in Business or equivalent
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
- Knowledge and background in the international sporting goods industry
- Good leadership skills who likes contact takes initiative, is flexible and reliable
- Ability to analyze market conditions and respond with appropriate strategies and directions to
increase sales within the market
- Team player with a passion for outdoor sports
- Good understanding of the wholesale business environment and negotiation skills
- Available for some international travel
- Fluent in Spanish, Catalan and English. French is a plus.
