**Purpose of Position**:
Responsible for the management of direct and indirect sales for a specific group of customers in the assigned channel, the KAM has the task of ensuring the achievement of company objectives in terms of turnover and gross margin, as well as guaranteeing the necessary technical/commercial proximity to customers, seeking new commercial opportunities, in coordination with the manager from whom he receives company directives.
**Description of main Activities/responsibilities**:
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
**Professional and Personal skills**:
**Education**:
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
**Professional Skills**:
Excellent communication skills
Languages: Spanish, English (third language and Portuguese only preferable and non-binding)
Capability to score new business
Ability to analyze numbers
Forecasting techniques
Ability of plan and achieve objectives
Products: general knowledge of the bakery/Pastry/ice-cream’s products, with preferable focus on chocolate and creams
Experience in selling food products to the main channel of Irca in the area.
**Years of professional experience**:
5+ years of experience in the specific role, preferably in B2B companies and in the sector of Irca Group.
