**Position overview**:
The role of the Commercial executive is to support the Southern Europe commercial team and also lead business development alongside the Sales Manager, maximising all opportunities to drive profitable growth and ensuring regional efficiencies across all our internal and external KPI’s - through concise reporting, forecasting, category led insights and management of commercial contracts and administration.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide admin based customer support to Ball accounts
- Managing the forecast process and forecast accuracy
- Ensuring all contract admin is correct and advising on further development and opportunities to improve contract universe and Vendavo pricing processes
- Ensuring internal company functions work to deliver highest customer service
- Holding regular monthly meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by internal teams
- Taking a proactive approach to customer management and be in proficient in Spain market trends

**Experience and skills required**:

- Bachelor degree in Commercial or any other relevant business discipline
- Relevant experience in sales customer support or account management
- Preferrably understanding of food and beverage retails principles and customer behaviour
- Understanding Spanish market and trends
- Fluent Spanish and English knowledge
