**Business Development Representative (M/F/d) - DACH Market**
Location: Barcelona, Spain

This position requires an individual with an understanding finding the right strategic customers and contacts to pitch and present our software and hardware solutions to identify potential needs that could lead into a future opportunity. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive for net new customer acquisition in your specific industry/subindustry.
- Cross sell or upselling activities based on your territory go to market specific to Infor’s portfolio.
- Build a sustainable pipeline and focus on quality. Quantity is nothing without quality
- Opportunity qualification and handover to the sales organization. BDR ownership of the opportunity until the handover takes place and validation of the business case in the CRM.
- Tight alignment with the Marketing & Sales organizations to build the value proposition and be relevant to our prospects and customers. Feedback loop on what works, and market intelligence gathered every day from our buyers.
- Reporting on performance.
- Be part of the evolution of our organization from day 1 and learn to navigate a matrix organization to turn your ideas into BDR led initiatives that will benefit the global team

**Key Requirements/Experience**:
- University Degree or equivalent working experiences
- Native/Bilingual in German and full proficiency in English
- Excellent phone-based sales experience (no need in the beginning)
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills at all levels
- Time organizational skills
**What you need to succeed**:
- Have a clear structure about your pipeline to manage your leads individual and successfully
- Very good communication and collaboration skills with your stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customers, etc.)
- Good sense of company and account research
- Good appliance of sales tools (Account mapping, Influence mapping)
- Entrepreneurial thinking - how to grow the BDR department and your individual work
- Understanding about critical business processes
- Stay eager and curious to grow your knowledge about your assign industry / subindustry
- Stay open to share your knowledge
- Stay consistent, positive, and resilient
- Be a team player and corporate with our global BDR department
