**Job purpose**
As an Analyst - Application Support, you will provide technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required. You will often respond to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions.
**What will you do?**:
- Monitor the system processes and take the suitable corrective actions in each case to solve the possible problems could raise.
- Take the appropriated preventive actions to avoid current problems from happening in the future
- Prioritize and answer questions raised by our customers.
- Understand and analyze new development requirements and integrate them into the current solution.
- Assist conference calls with customers
- Create and mantein documentation about procedures and generation of reports (statistics, etc..)
- Contribute with ideas for continues improvement.
**What do you need to know?**
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Advace knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor degree
