You will collaborate closely with the OTI organization, your colleagues in Sanoma IT, cross functional teams within IT organization and our internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include analysing business requirements, solution development (configuration), incident management and delivering the service with the team. This position could be placed in various countries where Sanoma is represented.Who you areYou are an experienced SAP ECC and/or S/4Hana analyst/developer with a solid track record working with IT Services. You are flexible, open-minded, service oriented with good communication and interaction skills. Good understanding of SAP SD/MM/PP modules and hands-on experience with SAP application / system development is essential for success in this role.Formal Qualifications· Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience· At least 3 years of experience in relevant IT positions, preferably in development, configuration and incident management operations in a large-scale environment· Good understanding of supply chain processes· Knowledge of S/4Hana public cloud is seen as advantage plus S/4 Hana certified BA is a big plus.· Knowledge of different kinds of integration technologies (especially SAP BTP integration suite would be an advantage)· Fluency in English, both written and verbal, as well as the local language in your country of residenceKeys to Success· Good requirement gathering skills with the ability to capture OTI business processes· User story creation and following good UAT process practice required skillset· Configuration knowledge on SAP applications· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an excellent attention to detail· Understanding of application and integration security and privacy concepts· Good communication and social skills, with ability to adjust your message to the audience· Ability to work in virtual and international teams· A team player taking initiative· A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and the enhancement of processes and applicationsWhat we offerWe offer you a key position with interesting and challenging tasks, a good view to the Sanoma and opportunities for professional growth.
