**Job purpose**

As an Analyst - Application Support, you will provide technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required. You will often respond to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions.

**What will you do?**
- Support internal teams requests (Customer, BPO, Operations) ensuring Customer SLAs are met
- Support the Operations team by dealing with any requests raised related file monitoring task s
- To manage errors detected while monitoring files
- Manage the releases of new source code versions
- Provide out of hours support (shift/on call) dealing with critical errors and Customer incidents (roster basis)
- Provide Customer Care and support using company approved call logging software, adhering to contracted SLAs

**What do you need to know?
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- A good understanding of software development cycle
- Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor degree
